Emphasis will be placed on increasing upper body and core strength, while maintaining shoulder mobility and flexibility. Emphasis will be placed on active shoulder engagement, building strength and endurance, proper lines, and clean transitions. Focus is on aerial work and combo building.

Goals: Students should be able to demonstrate mastery of the moves in the curriculum and fluency on the apparatus. Students should be working toward a deadlift shoulder mount and creating their own combos.
