1 class drop-in - nonmembers $24 • 1 visit • Use this pass to pay for single class visits for all Intro and leveled classes. This pass is good for non-members to try our classes or when you may not be as consistent with your visits and do not want the class card to expire on you.
6 class card - nonmembers $120 • 6 visits • This pass is 6 individual classes for non-members. (Members receive up to 60% off). The pass expires after 8 weeks. If you cannot use the class pass within the 8 weeks, please purchase individual class passes. Use this pass to pay for all Intro and leveled classes.


Come work on ambience training for events. It’s a great workout plus allows you to feel the music . Ambience exercises provided for guidance. Music provided. Just come and flow with it . Level 1 and higher. Age 13 and older (or by approval).
