1 class drop-in - nonmembers $24 • 1 visit • Use this pass to pay for single class visits for all Intro and leveled classes. This pass is good for non-members to try our classes or when you may not be as consistent with your visits and do not want the class card to expire on you.

This is a restorative yoga class with low hammocks. It will be a slow flow class where some poses will be head up to 2-3 minutes and is meant to restore, relax and rest! No experience needed, can be in intro level. You must be 15 or older unless approved by instructor.

Dress requirements are the same as our aerial classes. No jewelry, zippers, metal, or velcro.
