Youth Mixed App: Intro (3-5yrs)

We will explore the gym floor through games, movement, and safe play with gym equipment. The littlest
circus kiddos will learn how to be aware of how to keep their body safe using the gym equipment. They
will begin learning about foundations of circus performing such as pointed toes and listening skills for
gaining all the new information they can from future coaches. This class will hold a maximum of 8
children for safety, opportunity for little to no idle time, and loads of fun!

Please no Jewelry of any type.

Please wear form-fitting t-shirts that tuck in, leggings to the ankle and hair pulled back away from the face and off of shoulders.

Please bring a water bottle.

You must provide a copy of your Medical Insurance Card before participation is allowed. Aerial Arts is not recommended for those with a history of back, neck, or spinal injuries. Not recommended for people who have experienced seizures, blackouts, fainting, are pregnant, or have suicidal thoughts.
