Shannon will lead yoga classes that focus on the mind-body-breath connection. She will combine sequences that focus on strength and flexibility in a calming, positive environment.

Gabrielle - In her classes, her flow is a delicious mix of sweet and spicy. She combines intense sequences to warm and strengthen the body and then finds harmony with a slow yin flow for a calm focus and flexibility. Her favorite part of yoga is weaving thoughtful meditations and creating a playful and positive environment for any level of student.

Students should bring their own mats and closed water bottle.
